Registration Information
We offer two registration packages (Regular/Student Fee: 575 €/395 €). The registration fee includes access to all presentations and poster sessions, all lunches, coffee, tea, cold beverages, snacks, a 7-day public transportation ticket (tram and bus lines) for Graz and surrounding areas, a welcome bag with conference essentials, and more.
Registration Instructions
To register for ICOAM2026, please follow the steps listed below:
- Please register for the package selection system via the Login tab in the sidebar on the left (click ‘Registration’), and enter your details as prompted.
- Next, please add your preferred ICOAM 2026 registration package to the basket. We offer two packages: Regular (575 €) and Student (395 €, limited to first 25 - no longer available). You can select the appropriate package by adding it to your basket via the ‘Add to basket’ button. Once you have made your selection, payment can be processed online (e.g., via Mastercard, Visa, EPS, …).
- After successful payment, your invoice will be sent to you by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you require an invoice with company details or if the invoice should display a specific address/contact details, please enter these during the registration process.

Information: You can login back into the system using the credentials you entered during registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before June 7th, 11:59 pm, 2026: full refund, minus EUR 100,00 processing fee.
Cancellations on June 8th or later, 2026: no refund.
